Further, it optimises business support by freeing dedicated OPEX budget generally allocated to support issues and only spending on real technical issues as and when they happen - improving overall technical staff overheads

Other costs calculated for onboarding at R250 per technician. And per ticket, with a call out fee at R450 per hour (R400 goes directly to the technical expert, R50 to the TECHNISHEN™ platform)
